Check-In is between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
Check-Out is at 11:00 am. If you exceed this time, extra charges may apply to the reservation.
The maximum number of guests in the house is 6 people. Therefore, it is forbidden to exceed this number in the house. In addition, it is mandatory that the exact number of guests is reflected in the reservation. In case of any modification, it must also be reported.
Furniture in the house may not be moved.
No events or parties are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. If smoke is detected inside the house, a surcharge of €1000 will be charged.
Quiet hours must be respected. Therefore, it is necessary to minimize noise between 12:00 am and 9:00 am.
Pets are allowed (you must notify us). The only pets allowed are dogs and cats. Only 2 pets per reservation are permitted. In addition, pets are prohibited from climbing on the sofa, beds, and chairs to avoid possible allergies for future guests.
The fireplace may be used, but with certain restrictions: If no one is in the house, it must be turned off. Nothing flammable should be near the fireplace. The spark guard must always be properly placed.
All lights in the house must be turned off when no one is inside.
Doors and windows must be closed when no one is in the house.
On the day of departure, keys must be left in the same place where you found them.
The loss of each set of keys carries a fine of €100.
