Amazing house on the beach facing the golf course

The house was built in 2006 and is in perfect condition. It has 175 m² built on 3 floors. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning. All the terraces of the house have views of the golf course.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living-dining room, a toilet, a built-in wardrobe and a patio-porch. The kitchen is independent and has a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, mixer and all the necessary utensils. Capacity for 6 people. TV. The patio-porch has garden furniture.

On the first floor is the master bedroom suite, with 1 double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The bedroom has its own full bathroom. It also has a terrace with furniture. On this same floor there is another bedroom with 2 single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. There is also another full bathroom with a shower.

The second floor is a spacious attic room with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. It also has a terrace with furniture.

This house also has 2 underground parking spaces, although it is quite easy to park on the street, very close to the entrance.

House Rules:
- A deposit of €100 must be paid 5 days before check-in and will be refunded (after verifying everything is in order) within a maximum of 7 days after check-out.
- Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If this time is exceeded, additional charges may apply.
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. It is forbidden to exceed this number. The exact number of guests must be indicated in the reservation. Any changes must be reported.
- Furniture must not be moved.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. If smoke is detected inside, a €1000 fee will be charged.
- Quiet hours must be respected. Please minimize noise between 00:00 and 09:00.
- Pets are allowed (you must notify us). Only dogs and cats are allowed. A maximum of 2 pets per booking. Pets are not allowed on sofas, beds, or chairs to prevent allergies for future guests.
- It is strictly forbidden to light the fireplace.
- Do not leave the air conditioning on if no one is home or if the windows are open. Let's protect the environment!
- Turn off all lights when the house is unoccupied.
- Close all windows and exterior doors on the day of departure.
- Lost keys incur a €100 penalty per set.
- On departure day, leave the keys in the same place you found them.
- Do not touch, disconnect, or tamper with electronic devices.
- The community rules must also be followed.
