The house was built in 2006 and is in perfect condition. It has 175 m² built on 3 floors. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning. All the terraces of the house have views of the golf course.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living-dining room, a toilet, a built-in wardrobe and a patio-porch. The kitchen is independent and has a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, mixer and all the necessary utensils. Capacity for 6 people. TV. The patio-porch has garden furniture.

On the first floor is the master bedroom suite, with 1 double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The bedroom has its own full bathroom. It also has a terrace with furniture. On this same floor there is another bedroom with 2 single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. There is also another full bathroom with a shower.

The second floor is a spacious attic room with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. It also has a terrace with furniture.

This house also has 2 underground parking spaces, although it is quite easy to park on the street, very close to the entrance.

Complete house rules
  • Check-In is between 15:00 and 22:00.
  • Check-Out is at 11:00 in the morning. If you exceed this time, extra charges may apply to the reservation.
  • The maximum number of guests in the house is 6. Therefore, it is prohibited to exceed this number in the house. Additionally, it is mandatory that the exact number of guests is reflected in the reservation. Any changes must also be notified.
  • Furniture cannot be moved.
  • No events or parties are allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. If smoke is detected inside the house, a surcharge of €1000 will be charged.
  • Sleep schedules must be respected. Therefore, noise must be minimized between 00:00 and 09:00.
  • Pets are allowed (you must notify). Only dogs and cats are allowed. Only 2 pets per reservation are permitted. Also, pets are not allowed on sofas, beds, and chairs to avoid possible allergies for future guests.
  • It is strictly forbidden to light the fireplace under any circumstances.
  • It is not allowed to leave the air conditioning on when no one is at home or if the windows are open. We must take care of the environment!
  • All lights must be turned off when no one is in the house.
  • All terrace doors of the bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, and the main door of the house must be closed when no one is in the house.
  • On the day of departure, the keys must be left in the same place where you found them.
  • Losing each set of keys entails a fine of €100.
  • Do not touch, disconnect, or manipulate devices that have the signal.
  • Additionally, community rules must be followed.
