COMPLETE HOUSE ROULES
- A deposit of €100 must be paid 5 days before check-in and will be refunded (after verifying everything is in order) within a maximum of 7 days after check-out.
- Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Exceeding this time may incur additional charges.
- The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 4. Exceeding this number is prohibited. The exact number of guests must be specified in the reservation. Any modifications must be communicated.
- Moving the furniture is not allowed.
- Events or parties are not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the house. A €1000 fee will be charged if smoke is detected inside the property.
- Quiet hours must be respected. Noise should be minimized between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
- Using the gray house towels in the resort facilities (such as the pool) is strictly prohibited.
- Leaving the air conditioning on when no one is home or when windows are open is not allowed. Let's take care of the environment!
- All lights must be turned off when no one is in the property.
- All windows and exterior doors must be closed on the day of your departure.
- Loss of each set of keys will incur a €100 penalty.
- On the day of departure, keys must be left in the same place where you found them.
- Pets are strictly prohibited.
- Additionally, community rules must be followed.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

FREE:
- Outdoor swimming pools (Hours: 11:00–20:00, including one jacuzzi pool that is heated).
- Spa area: sauna, cold contrast pool, indoor pool with jets, and jacuzzi.

- Changing rooms (depending on the season).
- Train to the beach, hammocks, and beach umbrella (summer only), using the yellow card (valid for all 4 guests). The timetable can be checked at hotel reception.
