Complete house rules

Check-In is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Check-Out is at 11:00 AM. If you exceed this time, extra fees may apply to the reservation.
The maximum number of guests in the house is 5. Therefore, exceeding this number is prohibited. Also, the exact number of guests must be reflected in the reservation. Any modifications must be notified.
Furniture cannot be moved.
No events or parties are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house. If smoke is detected inside, a 1000€ fee will be charged.
Quiet hours must be respected. Noise should be minimized between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
Pets are strictly prohibited.
Do not leave the air conditioning on when no one is home or if windows are open. We must care for the environment!
All lights must be turned off when no one is in the house.
All exterior windows and doors must be closed on the day of your departure.
Loss of each set of keys carries a 100€ fine.
On the day of departure, keys must be left in the same place where you found them.
Do not touch, disconnect or tamper with electronic devices.
Community rules must also be followed.
