🏡 House built in 2002 and in perfect condition. It has 108 m² spread over 3 floors. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning ❄️.

🌿 Upon entering, there is an outdoor patio-terrace, and next to the kitchen, a cozy interior patio.

Master suite with a double bed 🛌 and large built-in wardrobe.

Second bedroom with another double bed.

Both rooms share a full bathroom with bathtub 🛁.

🛁 Second floor:

One more bedroom with a double bed and a small wardrobe.

Full bathroom with shower 🚿.

🚗 There is no designated parking space, but it’s very easy and free to park near the entrance of the residential complex!

House Rules:
- A deposit of €100 must be paid 5 days before check-in and will be refunded (after verifying everything is in order) within a maximum of 7 days after check-out.
- Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If this time is exceeded, additional charges may apply.
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. It is forbidden to exceed this number. The exact number of guests must be indicated in the reservation. Any changes must be reported.
- Furniture must not be moved.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. If smoke is detected inside, a €1000 fee will be charged.
- Quiet hours must be respected. Please minimize noise between 00:00 and 09:00.
- It is strictly forbidden to light the fireplace.
- Do not leave the air conditioning on if no one is home or if the windows are open. Let's protect the environment!
- Turn off all lights when the house is unoccupied.
- Close all windows and exterior doors on the day of departure.
- Lost keys incur a €100 penalty per set.
- On departure day, leave the keys in the same place you found them.
- Pets are strictly prohibited.
- Do not touch, disconnect, or tamper with electronic devices.

- The community rules must also be followed.
