🏡 House built in 2002 and in perfect condition. It has 108 m² spread over 3 floors. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning ❄️.

🌿 Upon entering, there is an outdoor patio-terrace, and next to the kitchen, a cozy interior patio.

Coffee maker, blender, and all necessary kitchenware

🔥 Spacious living-dining room with fireplace, guest toilet, and covered porch.
📺 TV in the living room, two bedrooms, and the porch.
🍖 The outdoor terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue.

🛏️ First floor:

Master suite with a double bed 🛌 and large built-in wardrobe.

Second bedroom with another double bed.

Both rooms share a full bathroom with bathtub 🛁.

🛁 Second floor:

One more bedroom with a double bed and a small wardrobe.

Full bathroom with shower 🚿.

🚗 There is no designated parking space, but it’s very easy and free to park near the entrance of the residential complex!

Complete house rules

• Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you exceed this time, extra charges may apply to your reservation.
• The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is 6 people. Therefore, exceeding this number is prohibited. Also, the exact number of guests must be reflected in the reservation. Any changes must be notified as well.
• Furniture in the house cannot be moved.
• No events or parties are allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the house. If smoke is detected inside, a 1000€ fee will be charged.
• Quiet hours must be respected. Noise should be minimized between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Pets are strictly forbidden.
• Under no circumstances is it allowed to light the fireplace.
• Air conditioning must not be left on when no one is home or if windows are open. Please care for the environment!
• All lights must be turned off when no one is in the house.
• All windows and exterior doors must be closed on the day of your departure.
• Loss of each set of keys will incur a 100€ fine.
• On the day of departure, keys must be left in the same place where you found them.
• Do not touch, disconnect or manipulate electronic devices.
• Vehicles are not allowed inside the residential complex under any circumstances.
• Additionally, community rules must be followed.
