Complete house rules

Check-In is between 15:00 and 22:00.
Check-Out is at 11:00 AM. If this time is exceeded, extra charges may apply to the reservation.
The maximum number of guests in the house is 3. Therefore, exceeding this number is prohibited. Also, the exact number of guests must be reflected in the reservation. Any changes must be notified as well.
Furniture cannot be moved.
No events or parties are allowed.
Speakers are not allowed on the terrace.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. If smoke is detected inside, a charge of €1000 will be applied.
Sleep hours must be respected. Therefore, noise should be minimized between 00:00 and 09:00.
Pets are strictly prohibited.
Air conditioning must not be left on when no one is home or if windows are open. We must care for the environment!
All lights in the house must be turned off when no one is inside.
All windows and exterior doors must be closed on the day of your departure.
Loss of each set of keys will incur a €100 fine.
On the day of departure, keys must be left in the same place where you found them.
Do not touch, disconnect or manipulate electronic devices.
Additionally, community rules must be followed.
