COMPLETE HOUSE ROULES
- A deposit of €250 must be paid 5 days before check-in and will be refunded (after verifying everything is in order) within a maximum of 7 days after check-out.
- Pets are allowed (you must notify it). The only pets that are allowed are dogs and cats. Only 2 pets are allowed per reservation. In addition, it is forbidden for the pet to climb on the sofa, beds and chairs, in order to avoid possible allergies to future guests.
- Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Exceeding this time may incur additional charges.
- The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 9. Exceeding this number is prohibited. The exact number of guests must be specified in the reservation. Any modifications must be communicated.
- Moving the furniture is not allowed.
- Events or parties are not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the house. A €1000 fee will be charged if smoke is detected inside the property.
- Quiet hours must be respected. Noise should be minimized between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
- Leaving the air conditioning on when no one is home or when windows are open is not allowed. Let's take care of the environment!
- All lights must be turned off when no one is in the property.
- All windows and exterior doors must be closed on the day of your departure.
- Loss of each set of keys will incur a €100 penalty.
- On the day of departure, keys must be left in the same place where you found them.
