Complete House Rules

• Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Exceeding this time may incur additional charges.
• The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 4. Exceeding this number is prohibited. The exact number of guests must be specified in the reservation. Any modifications must be communicated.
• Moving the furniture is not allowed.
• Events or parties are not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the house. A €1000 fee will be charged if smoke is detected inside the property.
• Quiet hours must be respected. Noise should be minimized between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Pets are allowed upon request (please notify us). Only dogs are permitted. One pet per reservation is allowed, with a maximum weight of 25kg (or two pets totaling 25kg). Pets are not allowed in the resort facilities (only in the building and the internal access road surrounding the resort). Leaving pets alone in the accommodation is not permitted. Pets are not allowed on sofas, beds, or chairs to prevent potential allergies for future guests.
• Using the house towels in the resort facilities (such as the pool) is strictly prohibited.
• Leaving the air conditioning on when no one is home or when windows are open is not allowed. Let's take care of the environment!
• All lights must be turned off when no one is in the property.
• All windows and exterior doors must be closed on the day of your departure.
• Loss of each set of keys will incur a €100 penalty.
• On the day of departure, keys must be left in the same place where you found them.
• Additionally, community rules must be followed.
