Complete house rules

• A deposit of €100 must be paid 5 days before check-in and will be refunded (after verifying everything is in order) within a maximum of 7 days after check-out.
• Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you exceed this time, extra charges may apply.
• The maximum number of guests in the property is 4. Therefore, exceeding this number in the house is prohibited. Additionally, the exact number of guests must be reflected in the booking. Any changes must also be notified.
• Furniture must not be moved.
• No events or parties are allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. If smoke is detected inside, a surcharge of €1000 will be charged.
• Quiet hours must be respected. Therefore, noise should be minimized between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Pets are strictly prohibited.
• Do not leave the air conditioning on when no one is home or if the windows are open. We must take care of the environment!
• All lights in the house must be turned off when no one is inside.
• Loss of each set of keys will incur a €100 fine.
• All exterior windows and doors must be closed on your departure day.
• On the day of departure, the keys must be left in the same place where you found them.
